How To Claim Your Warranty From Badili

Step 1: Go to the Badili website or scan the QR code

To claim the warranty on your smartphone, you need to visit the Badili website and scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Warranty‘. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code on the warranty card that you received when you purchased your device. This will redirect you to the warranty registration page.

Step 2: Enter your details

On the warranty registration page, you will need to provide your personal details such as your first name, last name, phone number, email address, date of purchase, purchase location and your phone’s IMEI.

The IMEI number can be found on the bottom of your phone box or by dialling *#06# for Android or going to Settings > General > About for iPhones. You will also be required to upload a copy of your purchase receipt.

Step 3: Register

After entering all the required information and uploading your purchase receipt, click on the Register button to complete the warranty registration process. Your phone will then be registered for warranty.

How To Check Your Warranty Status

To check your warranty status, go to the Check Status tab and enter your phone’s IMEI number and click on Check Status. You will be able to view the warranty status of your device and also request warranty support for your smartphone.
